    Manual

    Humidifier:
    Add 3 – 5 drops for every 100ml of water.

    Massage:
    Add 3 - 5 drops to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.

    Bath:
    Add 5 - 10 drops for every 15ml of carrier oil.

    Spray: 
    Add 2 – 3 drops with water, shake thoroughly.
