- For a more thorough cleaning, hand wash your Fluffipop with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals.

- Refrain from washing your Fluffipop in the washing machine or tumble drying it.

- Keep your Fluffipop away from extreme heat or cold to maintain its shape and color.

- Have fun mixing and matching different charms to create your own unique Fluffipop style.

Ironing Instructions:

- Turn the garment inside out before ironing.

- Use a medium to high heat setting on the iron.

- Place a thin cloth over the patch to protect it from direct heat.

- Apply pressure evenly over the patch for about 15-20 seconds.

- Allow the garment to cool completely before wearing or washing.

Washing Instructions:

- Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the patches.

- Use cold or lukewarm water to wash.

- Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.

- Air dry the garment or use low heat in the dryer.

- Avoid dry cleaning as this can damage the adhesive used in the patches.

Storage:

- Store the garment with patches in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

- Avoid folding the garment along the patch lines for extended periods to prevent creasing.

- Use a soft and dry cloth for cleaning.

- Gentle hand washing with lukewarm water if needed.

- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

- Handle with care to avoid any drops or damages.

- In case the charms come off, you can easily reattach them with glue.

- We use high-quality threads for our phone straps, ensuring their durability and longevity. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your phone case/phone when misused.

- Some of our phone straps are designed for decorative purposes on your phone and not intended for carrying it on your hand wrist/arm. To test their durability, try placing them on top of something soft before using them. Avoid hanging your phone and swinging it vigorously, as it may cause damage.

- To use the essential oil, apply it to the colorless area on the backside of the product and allow the surface to absorb it. For table decor, drop the oil under the base and wait for the surface to absorb it. It is important not to let the essential oil come into contact with the hand-painted color area, as this can cause fading.

- Car Air Freshener / Car Vent Clip are equipped with a sliding lock buckle, it is suitable for most horizontal or vertical car air vents. For irregular or special car models, please contact us to confirm before purchasing.

- Recommend to maintain some gap between the scented stone and the upper and lower edges of the air conditioning outlet to avoid wear and tear on the interior during bumpy road sections, as well as erosion of the essential oil.

- Due to the nature of the materials, avoid prolonged direct sunlight as it may affect the quality of their condition (scented stone that contain dried flowers).

- The scent of stone will decrease from time to time, add essential oil when the scent is faded.

- Wipe the scented stone gently with damp cloth if dirty. 

- Scented stones are beautiful yet they are also quite fragile; handle with good care.

- If essential oil is accidentally spilled on plastic, painted surfaces, or leather, it is important to promptly wipe it off as the oil can dissolve the paint and leather.

- Plaster is absorbent, so please avoid spilling juice, pigment, or oil on its surface.

- Trim the wick before every use: Always trim the wick to about ¼ inch before lighting the candle to prevent soot and extend its lifespan.

- Burn the candle for a sufficient amount of time: Allow the wax to melt and pool all the way to the edges of the container to prevent tunneling and ensure an even burn.

- Never leave a burning candle unattended: Always keep an eye on a burning candle and extinguish it before leaving the room.

- Use candle snuffer or dip the wick into the melted wax using a toothpick or other small object. This will extinguish the flame and coat the wick with wax, making it easier to relight the candle next time.

Remember, never blow out a candle to extinguish it as this can cause smoke and splattering wax. By using a candle snuffer or dipping the wick will effectively extinguish your candle without any smoke or mess.

- Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and pattern. This includes small cracks or uneven surfaces on the soy wax, and small pores on the candle. These are all normal occurrences and do not affect the candle's quality or performance.

- We strongly advise expectant mothers to refrain from using fragranced products.

- Essential oils do not expire in the traditional sense. However, the oils will gradually change over time due to oxidation from the moment you open the bottle. In order for essential oil to stay potent, be sure to place the cap back tightly on the bottle to minimize exposure to the oxygen in the air.

- Do not be shy to make a statement, our essential oil is beautifully designed to display on your shelf or desk, just be sure it does not get prolonged direct sunlight, & other heat source frequently.

- Our essential oil can be used on skin. However, just like anything that is new you to your skin, do test the essential oil on a small area of your skin & observe the responds before apply widely.

Standard Delivery is $2. Free Delivery for qualifying purchases of $50 or more.

The exact shipping fee will be calculated based on your final order & displayed during checkout.

Most of our products are handmade to order & production will take approximately 2-4 week, to ensure the best quality of the item.

The shipping lead time is 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Do note that the actual delivery timing will be dependent on the schedule of third-party services.

Please contact us immediately with your order number & photo of the damaged item via the contact form that is available on our website. A full refund will be given once we have ascertained that the item is damaged upon arrival.
