Once an order is confirmed, you will be notified via email on the day of purchase, no cancellation of order will be allowed. If there is no email received, please check the promotion tab or spam folder. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the item is shipped. Contact us should you encounter any faulty product, we are glad to assist.
Items will be delivered once we have received your payment. In any event that the item you have ordered is unavailable but shows otherwise on our website, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The price paid during purchase is the price of the item shown at the time the order has been placed, even if the price of the item has since changed.
We take pride in the services we provide & we strive to ensure your order is delivered to you on time. While shipment of the product may be impacted by various unforeseen events, & we are, unfortunately, cannot manage to be held liable for any potential delay, we will do the best within our capability to ensure a smooth delivery at all times.
International orders may be subjected to value-added tax (VAT) & additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by the respective customs officials & are the responsibility of the buyer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your international parcels during customs clearance.
Most of the products we listed, if not all, are handmade. The production will take approximately 1 week to ensure the best quality. They may have minor imperfections or differences in shape, size, color, etc. These are part of the charms of handmade products & are to be expected.
All workshop bookings are non-refundable. For any booking amendments or enquiries, please email us at email@example.com, we will be happy to assist.
We reserve the right to adjust the workshop prices at any time without prior notice. This will not be reflected in any bookings made prior to the changes.
